July 26 (Sun): Fused Glass Painted Butterfly or Moth

The emphasis of this workshop is to use Glassline glass paints to decorate a butterfly or moth, not to use lots of glass to decorate the piece. The more intricate the painting details, the more interesting the piece will be. The paints are easy to work with, but require patience and attention to detail to get fine results.
First you will select the glass colors for your butterfly and moth, JaYing will cut the shapes, then you will grind and shape the glass. After that, you will devote the remaining time to decorating with the paints. If your designs are intricate, as shown in the photos, this can take 2-3 hours.
This workshop is best suited for people who like to paint, are patient and don't mind fussing with details. We will kiln fire the piece, you will pick up in a week.
